Melons

A gigantic melon and I. Best of it all : it smells fantastic ! When it smells good it also taste good. Yesterday I was at Super Brugsen here in Copenhagen and wanted to by a melon, but unfortunately they didn’t smell one single bit. Oh, what a difference.

Last week we went to a fruit market there in Bucharest, but it was more of a melon market, as it is season for the melons now. I rave for those tasty, fresh, sometimes soft , sometimes crisp melons. All sorts. I tasted one melon that had the same flavour as a pear. Never did before. Mmm…..

Fruits ripped in the sun, the natural way…that’s how it should be. Don’t you think ?  Yes ? If you agree, then try buying your fruit , vegs and other food from local producers who uses natural ways of producing their products. Here in Denmark I simply love Årstidene. They do a great job and are good examples.
